AWT® - Acoustic Wave Therapy

Acoustic Wave Therapy (»AWT®«) uses high-energy acoustic waves that are generated by means of two combinable therapy devices – planar and radial type applicators – and introduced into the patient‘s body. Aesthetic and dermatological disorders such as cellulite, scars or oedema can be treated effectively and with long-lasting results.

Tratamiento de indicaciones estéticas con ondas acústicas (AWT®)

Originalmente, se aprovechó sólo el efecto mecánico de las ondas acústicas para la desintegración de cálculos renales. Estudios actuales muestran que las ondas acústicas desarrollan efectos biológicos y, en tratamientos estéticos, estos pueden llevar a una activación de procesos metabólicos así como también a un aumento de la elasticidad del tejido conjuntivo.

La combinación de diferentes fuentes de energía puede dar óptimos resultados

Ondas cortas y desfocalizadas de alta energía: Estas ondas generadas por el aplicador C-ACTOR® se usan, por ejemplo, para la reducción de grasa en el tejido. Es posible documentar el curso del tratamiento con mediciones de la capa de grasa por ultrasonido (opcional)
Ondas largas y radiales de baja energía: Estas ondas generadas por el aplicador D-ACTOR® desarrollan su mayor efecto cerca de la superficie de la piel y sirven, por ejemplo, para mejorar la elasticidad del tejido conjuntivo y para el tratamiento de celulitis

La modularidad del CELLACTOR® SC1 »ULTRA« permite tanto a los usuarios nuevos como a los versados trabajar según necesidad. El sistema modular puede crecer con las exigencias de la rutina del trabajo práctico y ofrece funciones diferentes y ampliables.

La operación guiada por menú en la pantalla táctil es bien estructurada lo que permite un manejo intuitivo y sencillo del CELLACTOR® SC1 »ULTRA«. Con los símbolos usados y su posición en la pantalla, el manejo se explica por si mismo y garantiza un aprendizaje rápido.

El aparato puede documentar automáticamente cada tratamiento en un sistema de administración de pacientes con el fin de garantizar un éxito terapéutico duradero. Además, contiene fotos de tratamiento, vídeos de tratamiento y las instrucciones de servicio.

El mando del aplicador radial se efectúa o completamente mediante la unidad de mando o, como alternativa, mediante el display en el aplicador. Tanto la frecuencia como los niveles de energía pueden ser ajustados directamente en el aplicador.
